Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email with an order number. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if a piece has sold out or a price has been listed in error.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include applicable tax. Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address.

Payment

Payment is taken by our payment provider on their secure page. We never see or store your card number. If a payment fails, the order is held rather than cancelled, and you can retry.

Items are reserved for twenty minutes while you complete checkout. After that they return to stock.

Delivery

We dispatch within two working days, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates are estimates: once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is theirs. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Unopened pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Fragrance and skincare must be sealed for hygiene reasons. See Shipping & Returns for the full process.

Products

Our pieces are made in small batches, so colour and texture can vary slightly between runs. This is not a fault.

Patch test new products if your skin is sensitive. Nothing here is medical advice.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering them as described. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for reactions caused by use against the guidance on the product page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
