Shipping & returns.
Prepared by hand, dispatched within two working days. Everything below is what actually happens to your order.
Nigeria
Worldwide
We currently deliver to Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing
Orders are packed by hand Monday to Friday and dispatched within two working days. Fragrances are rested and wrapped individually; nothing is shipped loose. If you order more than one piece, we send them together rather than in parts.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves the House. You can also look it up at any time with your order number and email on the Track an order page.
Returns
Fourteen days from delivery, for unopened pieces in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, fragrance and skincare must be sealed. Candles that have been burned cannot be returned.
To begin a return, write to the House with your order number and the piece. We reply within one working day with instructions. Return postage is yours unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect
Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund in full, including postage, and we do not ask you to return a broken piece.
Refunds
Once a return reaches us and is checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
