What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you create an account: your email and a password we never see in plain text. When you write to us: whatever you include in the message.
We also record basic technical information — browser type and pages visited — to keep the site working.
Why we collect it
To take payment, deliver your order, answer your questions and — only if you ask — send occasional notes from the House. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the carriers and payment provider needed to complete your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it. Support messages are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write through the contact page and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the House.
Questions about any of this? Write to us.
